I haven't checked this board for a few days. The problem was a threshold. The base member level is at $25. Your contribution was under that, so no member level was set. However, a quirk in the code does recognize the contribution and sets a member expiration date. This is where it gets strange. When you login to your Gallery, only the member expiration date is checked, so everything appears to work fine and you can create it. But then, when a bandwidth process runs, it checks your usage agasint the limits based on the member level. Since no member level was set, your bandwidth limit kicks in and you get the limit error.

Nothing in your Gallery is deleted or changed. In any case, I over rode the member level and deleted the locks, so everything should be fine now.
