After much much I think it was Absinthe I was drinking, I had a system with Polk floorstanders, I woke up and thought that I was in a club and that the speaker was a urinal. Wormwood drinks can do that to you.

Funny thing is after cleaning them up and after upgrading I gave those LSi-15 speakers to the same friend who had poked a whole in my Realistic speakers many years prior where I mentioned that story in this thread.

There was nothing wrong with the speakers, they cost me $3k, they sounded great and did not smell, aha!
