Super nice system and room!

Having a dedicated space where you can utilize room treatments and place the speakers where they sound best is a beautiful thing.

I stream to a squeezebox touch either straight into to my 2 Devialet D premiers...

I was a Touch user for many years. It is quite a product, but you can now get better really inexpensively. Don't know about $AUS, but here in the states, you can purchase the unit, case and S/PDIF card for just over $100. Earlier this year, I replaced my last one with a Raspberry PI running piCorePlayer which uses Squeezelite. It will appear as another player on LMS. It is noticeably more transparent and offers better first octave response and quality. Since it is headless, however, you will need to use a phone or pad device for remote control. I use iPeng with mine. Do consider using a good linear power supply or battery (my choice).

My room is driven off a 5kw pure sine wave inverter fed by a bank of 200 ah batterys , which are solar charged. So I dont really concern myself with power conditioning or power cables .

I use aftermarket power cabling throughout my system, but it's not because of any fault with the power grid. The villains live in your house and in your system (anything digital). Switch mode power supplies happily spew noise back into the mains.
