I think what Skylan owners will soon discover is that they sound marginally different on different speakers and so have to be "tuned" a bit. Fill material, what you put between the speakers and the stands, whether you used spikes or the little hooded footers. Noel has said that designing stands that perform well for a wide variety of speakers is...well a bit of a challenge!
