Shahinian Diapasons, in a very large room, and quads (the old ones that look like space heaters) These have always been the ones that made me stop and listen, everytime.
the only "magical" time i ever had was with one of those cabinet horns (I think JBL or Altec paragon like. it was an FM live performance and although everything came from within the cabinet, I could feel the performance as if i were looking from a window...by the way, it was Norma and i would not know the singers ....damn, I wish I could re-create those two hours....
