Why do you think he is the scammer

He may be honest, but did not receive the item. Address and family name (it is actually RADIČI) matches records you can find on the web, which would be unusual for a scammer.

How did you send it, do you have tracking number, do you have insurance, do you have proof of delivery? Are you aware that most of the stuff (size and value pending, as well as mood of the employee who processes it) has to go though the customs and buyer has to pay fees and taxes?

If you sent it though the regular snail-mail, good luck, it may be delayed for weeks, it may have been lost, stolen, god knows what.
