Usually hijacked accountws are 1 day auctions at insanely low Buy It Now prices

That way the damage is done before the hijackee knows it.

All you have to do is E-mail the seller thru E-Bay's contact seller button and let him know. It happened to me, I was alerted, went to my acct and saw dozens of auctions of hi end gear on my acct. I then contacted E-Bay and they took the auctions down.
