...I already had posted about the seller on ebay feedback forum on his store so that anyone contemplating transaction with him can see it.

"You want to talk about people behind their back - I find it offensive."

I already had sent an email to him I would go to resolution center unless I get my money back.

"You propose we form a blacklist - I find it offensive."

....and you believe in protecting frauds, and I find that offensive.
