it does seem like a very attractive deal. Like others, I would suspect the quality of the transformers used, as often less stringently designed and built items are substituted. How can one tell, without buying two?
This doesn't bode well though. Frankly, if their communications were improved/excellent, I'm sure they'd do more business. But with a local market the size of theirs, westerners are probably last in the queue re. priority.
