Lund Horn lost it's beep

Posted by Lundman on June 11, 2002 at 07:48:34:

Hi folks,
I need just a little direction - I am mechanical pretty good. My 2000 Lund horn only makes a clicking sound when the horn button is pressed. I replaced it and when hooked directly to the battery the horn (both new and old) work great. It's like the horn isn't getting enough juice (5 amp fuse)or is getting grounded. I would rather not rewire the horn if possible. The switch seems O.K. What can I try from here?? Thanks for any suggestions in advance!!
