Marine Grade Plywood? Best source we know of is: Edensaw Woods, Ltd. They are on the net at www.edensaw.com. If you scout the shipping size rules of UPS, Edensaw will cut panels to size (not to shape)and ship UPS. Works out you receive high quality boat building material and it beats the high-unpredictable-truck shipping rate for large panels of ply.
