There used to be a roofing paint for mobile homes and motor homes that might work. A good epoxy paint should take care of your problem but it MUST be completely dry for this to work. I have repainted 3 aluminum boats in my time that did leak a little. Epoxy paint always worked for me but I used it liberally. Use a feeler gauge in all the seems and mark the areas that the gauge goes into freely.
