Holiday Cheer and the New Year...

Posted by Thom V on December 24, 2001 at 13:25:17:

Hello all Small Boaters:

Just thought I would take a moment here to thank all of you who have helped to launch the SmallBoatForum site. Your efforts on Forum Postings, Story Contributions, and Feedback—-both positive and constructive--have shaped this little web portal into a nice place to visit. We began on January 19th 2001 and to date we have had 10,000 plus visits from all over the world: North America, Europe, the South Pacific, Australia, South America and Asia (still looking for: the Caribbean, Antarctica and Africa).

For the New Year we will be adding a neat new feature that will allow you to post a FREE Personal Marine Classified Ad with Photo on the SBF Classified page. We will work with our forum board host, the MyAsylum.com people, to give us a SBF Registration Form that allows us to post our own Boating Information when we register. We will build out the SmallBoatForum Store page to include more items of interest. Also, we hope to begin the process of having available our own SmallBoatForum products.

Again, thank you for your contributions and making the SmallBoatForum a place for boating fun and we look forward to your participation in the New Year!

Thom V
