Good Skiff Designs

Posted by jkohnen on November 17, 2003 at 13:25:19:

I noticed that A Guide to Practical 18ft. to 22ft. Outboard Skiff Designs (PDF) has a link to Atkin & Co. at By-the Sea to get plans for John Atkin's bass boat Ninigret. I've put together new Web pages for Atkin & Co. that contain much more information than the page at By-the Sea (which will probably go away eventually). I'll be gradually adding more plans and some biographical information about William and John Atkin. Ninigret now is illustrated, with a brief description, online, and some other good power skiffs by the Atkins, like Russell R., will be added before too long:

Please change any links you may have to point to the above URL.

Thanks!
