Cold Temps tonight...boat still in H2O

Posted by licurkr on November 7, 2003 at 06:00:55:

Quick question for all. I am out of town and I hear that the temps will be dropping back home to the mid 20's tonight. I have an 88 regal 233XL ambassador with an inboard/outboard engine. (got it this year). The boat is sitting in the slip at the marina. Will the Ohio River act enough as an insulator to keep the block from freezing. Plan to winterize when I get back.

Your opinions are appreciated.
