This is not really difficult,But It is really involved and you must seperate the power head from the shaft housing, This involves disconnecting the shift linkage and pulling the drive shaft loose from it's connector, dropping the shafthousing down to get at the old impellor.If you are not really mechanically inclined, I would advise paying to have it done. It is really labor intensive. Just ask Ken who recently changed the shaft on one of his motors.,TG.
