how much weight is too much ?

i have a 12 foot vhull aluminum boat rated for 661 lbs. is that including motor and fuel ?i have on it a 9.5 evinrude (60lbs) trolling motor(20lbs) battery (50 lbs) fuel (50lbs) me (200lbs) friend (170lbs) thats 550lbs without cooler and other little items i might be right at the 600 lbs mark is that too much weight ? i am not lookin to go fast.i am just river fishing and flats fishing.mainly no wake zones. will this be ok ?
