Water Song is a good call - thundering bass line. Some of the electric Hot Tuna is great too. There is excellent bass on "Funky #7" and "I Wish you Would" on the album "Double Dose" which is out of print. I have an LP copy also.
It's amazing how much Jack's bass fleshes out their acoustic blues sound.
