Re: Jeff Beck..

Thanks for the link to the clip, I enjoyed that.

Blue Wind has always been one of my favorite Beck tunes. Blow by Blow seems to be the most popular Beck album, but I've always enjoyed Blue Wind more. The Blow by Blow SACD is a big disappointment recording-wise compared to the LP IMO. I think my favorite cuts on Blue Wind were "Led Boots" and "Come Danicing" - really grooving jazz tunes - great turned up loud. I also love the bluesy "Goodbye Porky Pie Hat" - I wished Beck did more blues rooted stuff.

I also have the Beck Bogart and Appice and Beck-Ola releases, neither of which I thought was great.

My Jeff Beck Group "Truth" albums one of my favorite 60's era recordings (I've got both the vinyl and remastered RBCD).

I haven't really listened to anything of Beck's since the Flash album which was enjoyable, if not a bit more rocked out. I'd be interested in any other recommendations.
