Alan Parsons Project 1990 "Night Of The Proms" Recording

In 1990 the Alan Parsons Project performed a live concert in Belgium. Something called Night of the Proms. I guess this was the 1st live performance of "The Project" under the APP name. The performance can be viewed on youtube. Does anyone know if this is available on dvd or bluray? I can't find anything on google as far as purchasing a recording of it.
