Swing Out Sister, "You On My Mind (Live at the Jazz Cafe)"

Posted by Luminator on December 22, 2023 at 12:25:26:

Ah, San Francisco's Japantown.

During the Fall of 1993, I read Japanese music magazines, and learned about Swing Out Sister's Live At The Jazz Cafe. I luckily found the CD at a Tower Records. This CD became an audio reference, which I brought to various stores. It still evokes memories of products such as the AudioQuest Digital Pro; Kimber AGDL, PBJ, and 4TC; Signet SL-280B/U; Theta Cobalt 307; and XLO Reference Type 4.

Perhaps my favorite was/is "You On My Mind," which originally peaked in 1989. The live recording is excellent, but the performance just makes you feel good.
