Cinderella, "Coming Home"

In the summer of 1988, my friends and I did what a lot of local families do: go out to Brentwood farms, and pick fruit. Hot as hell out there.

Something about the bluesy hard rock of Cinderella's "Coming Home" felt right.

And when we did come home to San Francisco, oh did we love the cool and refreshing coastal fog! This summer is the first in what seems like 20 years, that San Francisco has been fogged in. And when we listen to "Coming Home," we lament that unaffordable real estate prices have driven all but the richest out.
