Nice urban lake. I ran it many times. From my apartment down to O.B. and then along the beach out to the lake, then twice around the lake and back along the beach side walking trail and then home was 19 miles.

Good training run for the marathon. But the beach part of the run usually resulted in earfuls of sand due to the wind.

Did you ever see the dancing guy? Most late afternoons he would jump on one of the benches on the city side of the walking trail, face the water and dance to the sunset while up on the bench.
