Yea, that sounds pretty cool, 70s vintage. Was just listening to the recent On Fillmore Happiness Of Living and it has some of those qualities, in a more modern package. It's a duo of Glenn Kotche (Wilco) and Darin Gray (Jim O'Rourke, Tweedy, William Tyler, etc). This one is more spontaneous than what thye've done in the past, lively and prominently featuring Brazilian group, Moreno Veloso.

On Fillmore

Made me pull out a couple old Brazilian favorites, the great Tom Zé album from 1998, Com Defeito de Fabricação, and that led into Noon Chill by Arto Lindsay, lot of great stuff ...
