Semi-OT: Obscure-ish earworm of a video

Posted by caffeinator on April 24, 2017 at 16:35:01:

Hello, Inmates,

In a conversation at work today, in which the talk turned to bad music videos from the early days of VH1 and MTV, I recalled a video but have been unable to find any references to it - hopefully someone out there can help. I'm not positive it was a video; may have been some other kind of thing but was on a video channel like VH1 or MTV.

I think the video was from the early 80's. I think it was a hard rock or heavy metal band. My recollection of the video is that it opens with a scene on some grassy rocky landscape with some fog. A hooded figure is walking toward the camera. As voiceover intones something like "Glieben glauben gluben glurben," the hooded figure thrusts a human brain at the camera. I don't recall what happens after that, apart from uncontrollable laughter, of course.

I know the phrase (glieben glauben) or something like that, is said at the beginning of a Def Leppard song, but I couldn't find any other link to them or the video among their videos.

Now I have it on my mind and can't get rid of it...sort of like the video equivalent of an earworm...a brainworm, I suppose.

thanks in advance for your time and hopefully help resolving this, er, brain-teaser.
