Vicious Rumors, "Children"

Posted by Luminator on February 18, 2017 at 22:40:55:

With certain not-very-well-known acts, you can point to their small army of diehard fans, and say they have a cult following. But I can't even say that about Vicious Rumors, who, through various lineups, are still around, some 35 years after forming right here in the Bay Area.

With the band being kind of obscure, even harder to know about and find was its 1991/92 song, "Children." At that time, we were past childhood, but not yet into adulthood. Thus, "Children," whose video (see link below) we only saw once or twice in 1992, had an impact on us. I'm not going to repeat myself, so click on my post. In that post, I mentioned buying a Vicious Rumors baseball cap, pictured above, at a February 1992 concert.

My audiophile network reports that you'll only find Vicious Rumors' "Children" on dedicated internet radio stations, specializing in heavy metal.
