There's 18 states described in my table. However your list includes several entries that cannot possibly occur in the game so it is incorrect.

2. I contend that each of these 18 ways is possible. Do you have any on the list that you would suggest should not be on the list?

Sure every entry where X is revealled as a winner.

3. IMPORTANT: I contend that each of these 18 ways are EQUALLY probable. Do you have some reason why this is not the case?

IMPORTANT: Sure it's impossible to for the selected door to be revealled so the probability has to be zero. Clearly every entry in your table is not EQUALLY probable.
