The same guy delivered them and was much happier (as was I).
I knew something was wrong on the initial delivery when the first words out of his mouth were "I've been dreading this delivery all day".
They are coffin sized crates with HIGH CLAIM and FRAGILE labeled in very large lettering. They discovered both were truly the case.
