YOU are placing the soon-to-come-explanation thing on your website, so that would it appear that you feel some responsability, whey else would you have put it there.
- There are other motives besides "responsibility" - one reason is because I find the chip interesting. Why should I feel responsible? - It is not my product, I'm not even the distributor.
But an odd semiconductor laser does stricly the same thing : emit light! So what's so special about the light the q-dots are emitting?
- It's the confinement. That produces the great effects. There will be Final Exam next week.
As for the explanation, at least the manufacturer should know exactly what his chip is carrying and what the chip is doing, why don't you ask him?
- Why would you think that I haven't? This forum has already posted the manufacturer's explanation, at least once. Try to keep up.
