JBL Sound-Factor SF-15 speakers, decent or trash?

I have been looking into some speakers to furnish a small hall. Now I realize, at this price, they are not gonna sound like hi-end audiophile home speakers, but are these detailed enough not to be embarrasing, or just loud n' proud?
