There are (as with almost every computer) multiple USB connections on my MACH2 configued Mac-Mini. This allows me the option of dual Type "A" USB connections on the computer end of my Audio USB cable. There is ONLY one Type "B" USB connection on my DAC (and most DACs). Hence, all four needed wires must join/junction at (electrically independent of course) the one Type B connect on the DAC.
