Wait till you see my stash of NOS (no longer available) mil spec Mxxxx signal level Mullards. They are in a suitcase somewhere.

I went thru this tube thing for about 10 years and then gave up. I'd have to admit that the Leak FM tuner is still one of the best sounding round. As for the favourite oldie tube amps, they are just so and so, especially the much admired Quads. I sold them all when I realised that they fetched stupidly high prices.

And some of the modern ones that are well regarded are just - unreliable trash.
