Did he mention the EQ and PEQ capabilities, support for a large number of streaming services which is perhaps the greatest number of any audiophile product, the mediocre WiFi hardware, and the seemingly endless string of mosquitoes (little annoying bugs affecting some owners) in the product?

What about the great engagement WiiM has with the customer community? They really do care about addressing customer issues and continuously improving their products.
