I -think- it was RSV that kicked my butt about this time last year. I was extremely sick and congested for about 3 weeks. By the time I saw my doctor I was on the tail end of it but he gave me some antibiotics anyway. It wasn't COVID.
Hope you're feeling better and playing with the AV gear soon.
