PC or Mac? In any case, Audacity is available for both platforms and I've used it to capture audio streams. You may need to download and install FFmpeg to work in conjunction with Audacity. There are resources on the web including YouTube videos that walk you through it. Once FFmpeg is installed you don't work directly in FFmpeg.... Audacity uses it.
