I don't see that he bullies; rather he posts about MQA as being of concern to him and others. If people don't agree, just don't respond or explain why.

This forum has a history of bullying through relay style postings by several inmates. Someone makes a post, an inmates answers which the poster can't respond to positively; then another butts in and makes a silly joke or rude accusation, and so forth, thus making a sensible forum discussion impossible.

This is truly gang bullying and you can see that they share a common usage of equipment and operating system.
