PiCore experiment, sound quality colored, security concerns

Posted by bullethead on April 14, 2017 at 08:33:52:

Comparing Moode Audio to Volumio, sound quality is colored. There is a color to the LMS based systems, I do not know as much as I did when I was 15 years younger but everyone is ranting and raving how great these squeezebox based software players are.

In my opinion only, this brings back memories of the crap $300 squeezebox sound quality, the only benefit I see is hacked apps which can get you streaming services with security concerns for me at least.

No thanks, no offense to anyone, just my opinion.
