When the Digi+ pro first came out I ordered one. They shipped me a Dac instead, and of course I told them they sent the wrong item. Instead of immediately fixing the problem [after I sent a pic etc to prove my claim] HifiBerry tried to sell me the Dac and when I said no they wanted me to ship it back to them on MY NICKLE. Then reimburse me AFTER they got the Dac back.

I was like HUH?!?! let me get this straight, you want me to go out of my way, on my day off and drive to the post office, stand in line and pay for postage back to Norway or where ever its from. Then wait weeks for my money back....nahhhhhhhh Eat the cost or send me a prepostage paid envelope.
