Pc preamp:

Posted by hutsondave59 on February 20, 2016 at 02:50:24:

I have a old 2006 HP pent 4 32 bit media edition pc that I would like to use as a music storage and wondering what options are out there as to upgrading the sound with a aftermarket sound card. I would have to think that there are used or nos. high end cards out there from this era that can be purchased for a song on ebay and such. I am building diy amps and would like a quality preamp source to supply the audio to them as a all for one and one for all source. I would prefer a high end 2 channel stereo dedicated card If you have any suggestions as to specific cards to look for or those to avoid I would greatly appreciate your input on the subject. Dave
