"He said Osama, like ALL PERSONS tried in the US for crimes, are entitled to the presumption of innocence. AS are we all. That is true,"
No, it is not true. It is twisting the intent and meaning. It is only true within the CONTEXT it is intended to be considered to be true, within the JUSTICE system, and even there not everyone MUST BELIEVE he is innocent, what a joke. Rather they are charged with treating him as though he were, again, within a context. If not, all murders would be entitled to bail, for instance. NO candidate is subject to that context!!! Hello, anyone home?
"your failure to know the Constitution is nothing to brag about.
Rather, if you really believe the tripe you are spreading, one needs to wonder what our legal system in this nation has come to when attornies do not understand the law under the Constitution, and have NO concept of context.
"Learn some Const law before you sully yourself further with ignorant posts."
Damn good idea, unfortunately it applies to YOU, not I. I can think OBL guilty and I am not in violation of the Constitution fool, so can Dean and Bush. Yes, anyone that would say something so foolish as what you have herein stated must be a fool, more so when they are claiming to be an attorney! If I am wrong, how about a cite, let's have the case law!!! Now eat crow, you tried to twist the truth, and I nailed you.
