Mystery DIY OTL. Help needed to figure out possible tube compliment

Hi all,
Impulse got the better of me, though at the back of my mind and pushing my trigger finger was the thought of experts on this forum helping me out.
I bought this OTL amp on the japanese auction site
it uses 2 6080 and 1 12bh7 but i have no idea what the other 2 tubes on each channel could be. Any ideas would be helpful
