They are 1000 ohm 1 watt, and supply the voltage amplifier only. The driver circuit has its own power supply leg.
I would take a look at the noise in that supply prior to changing out the HEXFREDs (on the scope its a straight line...). Again, the cross mode rejection of the circuit is excellent so you're not going to win much by changing out the rectifiers.
