Pi filter resistors

I'm probably a bit color blind.

I'm having a hard time reading the pi filters resistor value. The filter is just left of the PS caps.

Are they 1000 Ohms (1K0)?

Are they still needed if I replace the diodes with Cree Schottky's? (10A 1200V).
