It's the quasi-intelligent content.
Merely jamming a sentence full of consecutively contradictory prefixes does make for meaning.
To misquote Einstein... if you can't explain it clearly to someone who knows nothing about it then you don't understand it.
This kind of event is like frogs raining down.
Ugly, inexplicable and gone in 5 minutes.
