...you could just ignore him and... well... do what SE does best.
Not to quibble, but the BBC performances really do outdistance the NBC (at least those released in the usual cycle).
Also I have to put in a word for the greatest Sixth, that by Mengelberg on Telefunken (*not* the one in his complete set).
