I read that about the ends also, it's only about an inch from the ends and only on the bass coils. I'm going to wait until I hear some buzzing before I do that though as I don't have a heated garage and its to cold to strip and apply that right now, as it is when the boss came home the first thing she said was What's That Smell! I did it in the basement and only stripped a few spots and reglued. Now that I've done this I realize it's not too hard to do. Everything is fixed for now, and tomorrow I'll put it back together with LESS STAPLES so next time will be easier.
