Sending it back to Magnepan is an expensive option. Of course, both speakers need to be fixed. It is quite a job to do this but it can be done with can be done with 3M 30NF (neutral) adhesive. If it is a spot where the wire is lose, clean it with acetone, apply adhesive to both Mylar and wire. Allow to dry and the press them together.
