If I use the fuse "clamped" or "resting on" the fuse holder. Clamped, my maggies have a tighter bass, as if the amp is gripping the sound better. Unclamped has more bloom, and especially with female vocals there seems to be more "vulnerability" to the sound, if that makes any sense.
