Victor, I had the best results with these very basic Victors.

When we moved into our new home they were still digging up the ground all around us to build more homes. The little field mice had no where to go and ended up in neighbor's and our home. I sealed off the garage corners with steel wool and set traps under the kitchen cupboards. Caught a few mice over a couple months and then things settled down. Haven't seen a single mouse in over a decade now. Good luck!
