Well, the whole thing is so true... unfortunately.

It was oh, so common, for Stalin's victims to believe it was simply the local bastards doing it all, all the way to the point when a Nagant bullet entered their feeble brains.

And today thousands upon thousands of idiots record their tearful videos, asking their demi-god putin to fix their "local" problems.

"Freezing!!! Freezing!!!" they chant, oblivious of the simple fact that nothing is wrong with the Kremlin heating system.
